Die Leaders laufen einen ungefähren Halbkreis vom Zentrum der Formation weg und werden die Ends einer Line. Die Trailers treten, falls nötig, nach vorne und machen ein U-Turn Back (ebenfalls vom Zentrum weg) – sie werden die Centers derselben Line.
Am Ende hat sich jeder um 180° gedreht und steht in einer Line aus vier Tänzern.

Aussprache: „Peel Off” [piel off] – abschälen.
Alle drehen sich weg von der Mitte der Ausgangsformation.
Aus Tandem Couples (Paar hinter Paar) entsteht eine Line mit Blick in die Gegenrichtung.
Die Leaders „schälen” sich außen ab wie eine Bananenschale.
Mit „…and Roll” kombinierbar.
4 Original-Definition (englisch)
Starting formations: Tandem Couples, Right-Hand or Left-Hand Box, or Z formation
Dance action: Lead dancers walk in an approximate semicircle, away from the center of the starting formation, to become the Ends of a Four-Dancer Line. Trailing dancers step forward as necessary to become Centers of the same Line and U-Turn Back, turning away from the center of the starting formation. All dancers end in a Four-Dancer Line. Each dancer will have turned 1/2 (180 degrees) to end facing the opposite direction from which they started.
